Indian Birch is grown all over the sandy coastal areas of Kerala State in India. Though it is a tropical forest timber, it is grown commercially as it has peculiar strength qualities suitable for various industries. This has a creamish white (Off-white) appearance without any prominent grain structures running across the sheet. Dark colour printing is recommended.
